Official Handover



1st April 2015 marked the official hand-over of  BMU Security Operation from the former BMU Security Task Force Team to the newly setup BMU Residents Association.  

The RA committee would like to thank the Task Force Team’s member for their valuable contribution on setting up the BMU security watch and run it for the past few years. 
Their hard work and effort have ensure the neighborhood’s safety and harmony being well protected.


The RA committee will always welcome feedback and comment from the former security task force team member on the security operation.


It is our responsibility to ensure that BM Utama will always be a safer, cleaner and greener home for our family.

Dialogue With YB Chow Kon Yeow and MPSP





BMU RA, former BMU Security Task Force Team and several BMU Residents have been invited to have a dialogue with MPSP and Penang State EXCO YB Chow Kon Yeow.
Security issue and Guarded Neighborhood application are part of the topic of discussion.

BMU RA have also submitted the BMU Guarded Neighborhood Application to MPSP.

BMU RA Objective


Below are the objectives extracted from the BMU RA Constitution:

1. Menganjur and menubuhkan satu Pasukan Keselamatan untuk mengawal dan menjaga keselamatan didalam Taman Bukit Minyak Utama

2. Menganjur aktiviti-aktiviti yang berasaskan pendidikan, kebudayaan, social akhlak, kebajikan dan moral untuk penduduk setempat.

3.Menjadi Pengantara antara Penduduk dengan Pemaju, dan pihak yang berkuasa mengenai masalah penduduk.

4. Mempertingkatkan kesedaran dikalangan penduduk tentang pentingnya peranan mereka dalam mencegah kegiatan tidak sihat seperti jenayah, gejala sosial serta memupuk sikap bertanggungjawab dan berdisplin dikalangan penduduk.

5. Mengwujudkan perpaduan dikalangan penduduk yang terdiri daripada pelbagai kaum, agama dan bangsa.

6. Membolehkan penduduk mengenali antara satu sama lain serta memupuk semangat kejiranan dan persahabatan.

Protem Secretary Chuah Eng Loey submitted RA application letter to Pejabat Pendaftaran Pertubuhan Malaysia.

27th January 2015
Pejabat Pendaftaran Pertubuhan Malaysia approved the application of BMU Residents Association, BMU Residents Association was formally established:
 Persatuan Penduduk Taman Bukit Minyak Utama (PPTBMU), with registration number PPM-005-07-27012015. 

马来西亚团体注册局批准万达花园居民协会的申请，万达花园居民协会正式成立，命名为Persatuan Penduduk Taman Bukit Minyak Utama (PPTBMU)，注册号为PPM-005-07-27012015。
